Shipping policy

Please note that your orders may take up to 3 days to process. For custom pieces and bulk orders, processing time may exceed 3 days and we will inform you of any updates via email. We process and distribute orders from Monday to Sunday, except on US-observed holidays. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped through USPS or another distributor. Please note that we cannot control the mail delivery once the items have been handed over to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping charges related to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages at your residence.
